About this site

Weight Loss Medication Compare is a reference work, not a shop window. Our job is to keep the whole UK weight-loss medication category — every licensed medicine, every regulated provider, every published price — organised in one place.

What we cover

The site tracks the three MHRA-licensed GLP-1 weight-loss medicines available in the UK: Mounjaro (tirzepatide), the Wegovy injection (semaglutide) and the Wegovy pill (oral semaglutide, approved in June 2026). For each one we record the published price of every dose at every regulated online provider we can verify — 24 providers and 280 individual prices at the last count — together with delivery terms, consultation models and any current discount codes.

How the tables are compiled

Prices are taken from each provider's own published pages and recorded with the date of the check; the date appears beside every table. We list only pharmacies registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) or clinics regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and we verify registration before a provider is added. Unregulated sellers and so-called "compounded" copies of these medicines are never listed — the only mention they get on this site is a warning.

Ranking is mechanical: rows are sorted ascending by the regular 4-week price. No provider can pay to move up a table. Where we name a recommended provider, the reasons — aftercare terms, refund policy, pricing — are stated openly next to the recommendation, and its row keeps its real prices.

What we are not

We are not a pharmacy and not a clinic. Nothing here is medical advice, and we do not sell, supply, prescribe or dispense any medicine. Mounjaro and Wegovy in both forms are prescription-only: whether any of them is right for you is a decision for a qualified prescriber, made after a proper consultation. If you have questions about a medicine you are taking, speak to your GP or pharmacist, and report suspected side effects through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.

A reference work is only useful while it is accurate.
